Does anyone know if the US Mint produced the 1999-00-01-02-03 US State quarters SILVER proof set.?

I am talking of the packaging with the gray eagle, not as a part of the full year set. I can find only the gray eagle packaging from 2004 and up. Thanks!

    Sorry NO, you are right. The US Mint did not produce a dedicated Silver set in those years, you would have to buy the silver 10 piece set. Invest in the latest Whitman 2010 U.S. coin red book.
