Graded by PCGS with flag label and certification number 28789514. Mint 12th Chief Engraver John M. John Mercanti is the designer of the eagle on the reverse side of this coin. His initials "JM" are on the reverse side below the left talon with arrows.

This is a beautiful Proof American Silver Eagle with slight toning. The plastic holder looks good and it's in great condition. A must for every American Silver Eagle coin collector. Great for investment and a nice addition to your collection.
